Hotel Nuvo is like a gem in the outskirts of the city centre of Naples. The staff was amazing, always smiling, always doing their absolute best to ensure you have a great stay with them. I was able to talk to them with ease and confidence. They assisted me with taxi's, places to go and my partner also booked train tickets with them for the nearby train station. The breakfast buffet was filling every morning and i think this hotel deserves alot more praise than i can express. Even when we decided to stay in rome for a night (which was 3 hours away) and i forgot my passport to give the details to the hotel in rome, they assisted me with my details i used to check in with them so we could stay in rome. The rooms had great AC to keep us cool where we could control, they were clean, hallways were always clean. I gave some of the staff tips as i was blown away with their service, and If i go to naples again, i would likely want to stay at hotel nuvo again.

Helpful Staff: The staff is very helpful, they demonstrate excellent service and a willingness to assist guests, partially offsetting some of the other shortcomings. Breakfast Quality: The breakfast is excellent, a standout feature of the stay and a positive start to the day.

Hotel is modern, very clean and comfortable. Breakfast has good choice of main items. Coffee is served by staff and is very good. Rooms are cleaned every day and whole hotel is very clean and nice. Staff speaks good English and is always smiling, polite and ready to help, you feel treated very well. Location is further from the city, but there is several options of public transport to get closer to the city. In surroundings there is a small public beach which is quite ok. As a bonus there is pizzeria as a part of building, which is very famous and pizza is delicious.

Modern, comfortable, well and tastefully furnished room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Bathroom with large shower, with cosmetics, bidet. Minibar at affordable prices. Smiling, helpful and professional service. Near the hotel there is an excellent pizzeria/restaurant. Near two train stations with convenient connection to the center of Naples. Near the pier.

Fantastic beds! Large, very comfortable in brand new rooms! While Naples may be an older city, the hotel is very well reformed with newer interior design. There are plenty of great places to eat in that block. Close to the metro station, very easy to get to the city center. Good breakfast included.

The best value for money i have encountered in my numerous business trip to Naples. Enough charme, useful internal parking, very good pizza restaurant attached (they told me it won the award for best gourmet pizza in Europe), convenient location for a trip to Pozzuoli in the evening, well connected by train to Naples center. I was worried about the noise (room overlooking a fairly busy road) but excellent soundproofing and very few cars drove around at night. Very kind staff.

Close to the train station, our window was facing Main Street, but the windows are great and block all the noise. In front, you have a great supermarket which at night has local barbecue — very popular and tasty. Next to the hotel, there’s a great pizza place.

Staff are friendly, rooms are clean, right next to the best pizzeria in town, beds are comfy and rooms are big.Location is right next to a rail station.

Great location right beside the train station, very easy access to Naples City centre, Lots of restaurants and cafe's within five to ten minutes walk. Super friendly and helpful staff.
